Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

I scream, you scream, we all scream for...


This is perhaps the cutest recipe yet! And so, so simple. All you need is your favorite cake mix, ice cream cones, frosting, sprinkles, aluminum foil, a cupcake tin...and a cherry on top!

Preheat your oven as directed for your cake mix. I always use Funfetti because, well...sprinkles.

As your oven is preheating, mix your cake mix as you would for normal cupcakes. I put mine into a plastic bag so that I can squeeze it into the cones.

To prep your pan, cover a cupcake tin with aluminum foil. Slash a "+" in the center of each cupcake slot.

Fill each cone about 3/4 of the way full with your cake mixture.

Bake as directed for your cake mix following the cupcake directions (which is usually a shorter amount of time than that needed for a full cake).

Let your cupcake cones cool before you decorate them.

Top with frosting, sprinkles, and a cherry. Cupcake might be my new favorite ice cream!
