A Romp In The Park

I have successfully avoided rompers for the last few years but for some reason I have really been craving the romper trend this year. After purchasing an adorable floral romper from Urban Outfitters that turned out to be a complete disaster on me...I have been envious of every single girl that looks effortlessly adorable in a romper. I refused to give up my search for the perfect onesie.

I'm glad that I finally found one that works for me. Seriously, what could be easier than a one-piece ensemble? The shorts are long enough to keep me from feeling too exposed and the cinched waist is great for hiding BBQ bulge. Plus this romper is lightweight which makes it perfect for even the warmest summer days.

I have to admit, with my new, shorter hair-do (that I am still adjusting to), I kind of feel like Hannah Horvath from HBO's Girls.
...but in a less endearing, more pulled-together way.

A friend of mine has been living in these sandals this summer. I finally asked her where they were from and after finding out that they were on sale...I bought them in both black and nude.

Do you love rompers or are they a trend you are passing on this season?
